Product Description
DEYI modified acrylic AB adhesive is widely applied to bond or repair in various industrial fields including vehicles, motorcycles, mechanical components, chemical containers and pipelines, lamps, toys, ceramics, daily commodities, crafts, and electrical appliances.
Specification
Recommended For:
- Bonding metal, glass, ceramic, marble, wood and many rigid plastics
Not Recommended For:
- Polyethylene, polypropylene, Nylon, Teflon or flexible materials
- Applying at temperatures lower than -60°C or above 100°C
- Continuously wet areas or water immersion
Application Method
- Surface of adherent must be cleaned and dried
- A/B components should be mixed 1:1 in weight. Initial curing within 5-10 minutes (25°C), available in 1 hour, full cure in 24 hours
- After bonding, follow bonding process requirements for proper treatment
- Partial thickness is normal and doesn't affect bonding effectiveness
